Note on cookies: We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or social media plugins. Only functional cookies required for the technical operation of the website may be set.

3. Purpose and legal basis

3.1 Contact form: Processing your enquiry and establishing initial contact. Data collected: name, email address, message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@atheniks.com.

3.2 Discovery call booking (Cal.com): Scheduling a non-binding introductory call. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through active use). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@atheniks.com.

3.3 Google Fonts: Loading fonts from Google servers for consistent website presentation. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in this process. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

3.4 Server logs: Operational security and error analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Deleted after 7 days.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. Provider: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Processing takes place exclusively in Germany and the EU. 5. Cal.com (discovery call booking)

6. Retention periods

  • Contact form data: Until your enquiry has been fully processed, and no later than 24 months thereafter if no business relationship is established
  • Discovery call data: In accordance with Cal.com’s retention periods, following completion of the call

  • Server logs: Maximum 7 days

7. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts for consistent font presentation. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When fonts are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google servers, which may involve processing in the USA. EU standard contractual clauses apply for transfers to third countries.
